After the Museum of Witchcraft and Magic's Annual Conference closed, I met up with Dr. Dan Harms in the library for an interview that started with a focus on cunning folk in general, but ended up being a great conversation about the role of grimoirs in cunning craft of the early modern period (and beyond). He also hooked me up with some great xeroxes on how to summon a familiar (from a 1665 publication) which I mentioned two blog posts ago.
