Well, it's not the film I set out to make, but here's a 36-second trailer:
It's not the two-hour epic I'd envisioned and, in the end, I had to rely on stock footage for several shots (because: pandemic). Ham was heroic in getting footage (in the middle of quarantine no less) and I'm glad I slipped in a cameo of my kid. But all in all, I think it flows together pretty well, and I'm so, so proud of my students' animations.
All this to say, the film is done (or at least really, really close to done) and I'll be shuffling it out to film festivals soon. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this trailer, and I'll post more about it once the dust settles.
